Just wanted to let you know that Chewy is doing well. On the ride home
he did wonderful. He explored our yard and house and is finding new
things to get into. Our son is letting Chewy sit next to him but the
girls are constantly wanting Chewy's attention. He has had a couple of
accidents in the house but otherwise is doing great!! We love having
him. Thanks again for everything. I will try to send you some pictures
this week of Chewy in his new home.

Hi All,
Just wanted to let you know how Chewy is doing. He is such a great
addition to our family. Chewy currently weighs 12.6 lbs and loves his
treats. He has found a way to get in the kids rooms and take whatever
will annoy them the most. At night he loves to go out on our patio and
chase bugs. Chewy will do that for at least an hour if you let him. I
check the website weekly to see if all the puppies have be adopted yet.
It is good to see that most of them have and how their happy homes are
going. Thanks for all that you do.

Just wanted to send some updated photos of Chewy. He is growing fast. Chewy is
currently about 20.6 lbs. He loves getting toys from the kids and chasing bugs on the
patio at night. Chewy also loves to sleep in my shoes.
We have begun dog obedience classes at our vets. He does well at class but at
home there are too many distractions. Chewy loves going for car rides to get the kids
from school and even to the vet. He also loves going for walks. Thanks for all that you
do and I love checking out the web site. Hope you enjoy the new pictures.

Chewy - adopted 8/5/2006 Rescued from a high kill
shelter 7/11/2006 along with her mom and 10 other litter
mates. When rescued, he only weighed 3 pounds
where the rest of the litter mates weighed in at no less
than 9 pounds with the exception of Princess Leia who
was 4 1/2 pounds. He was taken immediately to our
vet hospital where he and Leia spent a few days due to
extreme dehydration and anemia.
