Jacob and Bandit were two of nine puppies rescued from
Animal Control. They were about to be sent to be put
down because they were owner surrenders and the facility
was already full. The owner surrendered them because
they were not pure breeds.

Kim and Jackie: I'm still in love! Bandit has become "Prince" and Jacob is
"Shamus". Josh was almost in tears when he left. Hard to believe. They
are paper trained-at least 50% of the time but they love outside-so many
things to smell and so little time....
The biggest challenges I've faced are: Walking two at a time-it makes
juggling hand grenades look easy and they're already quite spoiled-which
means after night bedtime they both cry and I've been indulgent enough to
get up with them.
It seems they are experts at drinking water,eating Iams and both wanting the
same toy at the same time-as if there weren't toys enough here for every
canine ever born. There is some visible sibling rivalry but they're so darn
cute it's hard to say who's the favorite at any point in time.
The Telegraph gave you'all glowing reviews on your Saturday adoption
session in Bethalto. Nice work, ladies!
