Lilly was rescued from St. Louis County Animal Control. She
was just a little thing.. all alone in a great big scary place.. How
could we not take her...

Just wanted to let you know that Lilly is settling in well. This first picture is of her snoozing
after a walk in the woods with Bella and Mega. The second was taken Saturday morning,
as you can tell she is growing like a weed. She weighed fifteen pounds Friday afternoon.

Just a Quick update. Lilly is doing really well. She comes when she's called (unless distracted by something
more interesting than a treat) and she's pretty much got STAY figured out. Still working on house training.
Long dry spells with the occasional accident. She's Great in the car, thank goodness since we spend
somewhere between nine and fifteen hours per weekend in the car, she just goes to sleep as soon as you
start to drive. This might change When she gets tall enough to see out, We'll see. Speaking of getting tall
enough, She weighed 17 1/2 pounds on Friday. She's not growing like a weed, She's growing like a scandal.
She loves everyone she sees. However, if we're walking at the park and someone walks by without stopping
to pet her she'll sit down, watch them walk away and pout. It is a complete mystery to me how such a fantastic
little girl ended up at the pound. But I'm very glad you guys scooped her up so that she could make our family
a little bit bigger. Thanks for everything you guys do. Bobby.
Oh.. . . The first picture was a great stroke of luck, I had the camera out to get a picture of the deer at the
feeder when the boss spilt some flour and Lilly found it. Two seconds later she licked off her moustache but
not befor we captured the "Who Me??" look. The second is (obviously) Lilly playing tug of war with Bella.
Bella takes all her toys and hides them as soon as she gets them wrestled away and then Lilly goes and finds
them. More to follow.. .

Hey.. . . Seems about time for an update. Lilly is doing well. Still growing, 25 pounds Friday morning. We
took her up to meet the folks over the weekend and their boxer Diva. The insuing wrestling match was something
between Wrestle Mania and Mutual of Omaha Wild America.
Three new pics. The first is a snapshot of the two plus hours of roll tumble chase and chew. The second is Lily
trying to size up the remodeling/palm sander. The third is the trip home from the farm.. . Obviously one tuckered
out pooch.
