Izzy (puppy on right) was one of eight puppies born on
1/1/2207 in our home. Their mommy, Abby had been
rescued 2 days prior from an Animal Control where she
was on her last day. That day we rescued 9 lives, not just
one.

Hi Jackie & Kim,
Sorry it took me so long to get this to you guys. I have attached some recent pics of Izzy. I have read updates
of her siblings and wanted to get something out as well so you can put info on your website about little Izzy
(Minnie). It is interesting to see how her brothers and sisters are doing. Thanks to all that are keeping you
updated.
Izzy has fully recovered well. We watch her every move because we are so careful with her and what she may
get in to. Her stomach is still pretty sensative. She keeps us both pretty busy and she knows it :) Thanks for
the info regarding that shot. We took Izzy to her follow up appt on Monday. We decided to wait for that
particular shot until we are taking her to dog parks etc. With every other med she has had so far we agreed to
wait before we test her system. Our vet is so cool. He literally gets down on the floor and plays with her.
Everyone there was happy to see her. She is such a lover, so sweet. There could be a dozen toys on the floor
but she is most happy laying in our lap and getting attention. Although right now as I am emailing you she is
laying in her bed playing with her favorite toy. She really is a good little girl. We are very happy with her. She is
incredible. We did our homework and read books etc. and she has been real easy for us so far. I know I
shouldn't speak too soon. It helps that I am not working right now I am going for a different job to be closer to
home to see her at lunch etc. Anyway, she is very attached to me. Although she just loves her daddy too. She
follows me everywhere. I work with her every day. Teaching her new commands etc. She has already
mastered "sit" We had some really nice days outside so I took her for a walk around the block just to see what
she would do. You can tell she is taking it all in. She is a little timid at first but you should see how well she
walks already on a leash. Some of our friends met her and they are dog people and say she is going to be a
great dog too. She knows "heel" (which she learned cause I walk her every day now),she knows "off", and we
are working on "down" and "stay". But we are taking a break because I don't want to overload her. She is
sooo funny too. We are enrolling her in puppy classes as well. Izzy is 11 pounds. So compared to the others
she is really the runt right now. Potty training is still a work in progress ha ha She is doing okay but getting
better.
I really think Izzy is going to look a lot like Abby does. Thanks again and I will keep in touch. Enjoy the pics.

Hi Kim & Jackie!
Sorry it's been awhile since I last wrote but Izabelle is still doing fantastic! She is so
awesome! We really got lucky. Izzy is definitely a blessing and we love her very much. She
is so sweet and well behaved. She still has her moments sometimes of course but at 5
months she is a really good girl. She weighs 29 pounds. She's taller and does look a lot like
her mom, Abbey. How is Abbey by the way? Do you have any updated pictures of her you
could send me? How is Ariel too?
Izzy did get that shot that Lilo had as well but no problems or allergic reactions. She listens
well, completely potty trained, can't tell you the last time she had an accident in the house,
and plays well with all others. I am currently training her to walk/run without a leash. She is
very smart. I didn't even train her with staying in her yard, out of the street etc. She just gets
it. Izzy too is deathly afraid of the vacuum cleaner :)
Izzy is my bud. She follows her mumma everywhere. Christian gets jealous. :) but we know
she loves him too. I will send some updated pics as soon as I can. Izzy is scheduled to be
spayed on 6/14. She also has to get a tooth extracted at the same time, no biggie. Unless
she loses it by then. We also have her enrolled in a 6-12 month doggie school starting in
July. She has a boyfriend named Blu. They play a lot. She is also on a waiting list for doggie
daycare a couple of nights per week. It's a great way to get rid of a lot of energy and they fit
her with other dogs her size and temperament. Oh and she loves loves loves taking "rides" I
am so glad she is good in cars. Thank you for that!
Well better go, someone wants me to play ball with her.Hope all is well with you guys,
Thanks again for our Izzy.

Izzy's Dr said she would definitely hit the 40 pound mark and some days I think she is going
to be bigger than that and then some days I think she is still going to be smaller. It's weird
cause you look at her and she is tall but yet fit and petite looking.
I have this video of her which is sooo funny. I have to ask my husband how to put it on the
computer and I will email that to you too.
Keep in touch & Take care, oh and have fun this weekend at the party.
