Lorena was rescued when we received a call from an
Animal Control facility telling us about a young puppy
who was surrendered by her owner because she could
not afford the vet bills. Lorena had been hit by a car
and had suffered a broken pelvis in three places.
Animals which are taken to an Animal Control facility
sick or injuried are normally put down right away. But
we ran and rescued this sweet little girl and rushed her
to the vet for treatment.. She is now very happy in her
new "Forever Home".

Hello ladies - We just wanted to drop a hello to all and let you know how Belle is
doing. She is doing great and is very active as usual. She is so full of energy
and seems to not run out of any. We are still trying to tell her that she can't get on
any of the beds "wink wink"! I will be forwarding some pics of her and Jasmyn
that I know you will enjoy. Hope you guys are doing well and take care!

Hi Jackie and Kim - I just wanted to let you guys know that Belle is doing fine.
She pulled through her surgery well and it seemed that she was down for only
one day. She is back to her normal self again. Running around and trying to
play with Jasmyn. We have had to stop them apart because I was worried that
Belle might pull her stitches out. Thanks again for everything and hope that we
