| Sal is just so lovable... He was rescued from Alton Animal Control. He was already missing his left eye and in need of medical attention. Once he recovered, he was the sweetest kitty around. He would sit at the glass door at LaBest and flirt with all the ladies that came in.. He had many fans and now he has a loving family and a warm home to call his very own. |

Good Morning,
Thank you for Sal! He is the best cat ever. He is everything you said he was; he is a
loving, caring lap cat who loves everyone and everything. He purrs constantly and
allows us to hug him any time we want. He is not your typical aloof cat (he may be a
dog in a cat costume). The kids are having a great time with him and the dog goes
wherever Sal goes. Sal doesn't seem to mind the company and the dog is shocked
he can get this close to a cat! Sweetie, our other cat, is not as friendly as our dog, but
Sal is slowly winning her over. He does not allow her to pick a fight with him, he is too
mature for such foolishness.
Thank you again for our new family member. He just what we wanted and I think he is
pretty happy too.

I will be telling everyone I know about your organization. Thank you so much for all
of your work. When we adopted our son, we were given this quote. I always think
about it when I see someone doing good work.
"Someone had a problem, everyone thought someone would do something
about it, so...no one did". Thanks for doing what you do.
